Mustache and Tiaras Themed Birthday Party

Farozan of Cupcake Novelties was doing a combined birthday party for her daughter and son. She wanted something unique and something that wasn’t a character theme. She decided on a Mustache and Tiaras Themed Birthday Party. The party was held at the Little Gym and featured a yellow and white chevron dessert table with fun mustache and tiara details. The cake was a hit at the party. It included 2 flavors – the kid’s favorites! It was vanilla buttercream with crushed Oreo filling, and lemon cake with a fresh strawberry compote filling. The cake was designed with chevron and cut outs of the kid’s names. Farozan made the bunting on top of the cake to match the ribbon on the cake stand. Everything looked amazing and the dual party went off without a hitch! Wouldn’t this be a great baby shower theme for boy-girl twins?! I definitely think so!

Farozan did all of the decorations, backdrop, and dessert table decor. The backdrop was made using yellow and white chevron fabric. She also made the cake, cake pops, sugar cookies, and chocolate-covered Oreos. Princess crowns on the cookies and cake pops were made using a mold that she created herself using trinkets and the mustache details were hand-cut to precision!

After the kids were done with all of the gym activities, colorful chevron bags were given to them at the end of the party. Each bag had a story book, bubbles (wrapped with a chevron ribbon), pencils, and custom crayons in the shape of a mustache and tiara from Crayon Novelties. Treats from the dessert table were also put in white paper bags that had cutouts of tiaras and mustaches.
