Whimsical Baptism Celebration
One of the most special times in any family’s story is when a new little baby arrives for everyone to dote on! And many families celebrate this baby with God’s blessing through a baptism. This was the case for this sweet family who held a Whimsical Baptism Celebration for their sweet little girl!
Vallentyne Photography was able to capture the event and photograph the touching baptism, as well as the celebration afterwards. What a wonderful day! The traditional elements of this celebration were touching and beautiful and everyone was honored to be a part of it.
The sweet little girl’s gorgeous baptismal dress was just like those we see in storybooks and history books. This is one lucky little girl and the afternoon was perfect with a certain vintage feel that was created by event planner Wynn Austin Events.
First was the baptism ceremony at the family’s church, which was such a traditional, yet beautiful ceremony.
A beautiful lunch after the baptism was expertly coordinated at The Santaluz Club.
What party would be complete without a cake?!?! Michele Coulon Dessertier provided the lovely cake that was exquisite. It was the perfectly balanced cake for the event. Beautiful, yet not over the top.
Flowers were a big focus of the celebration after church. The floral designer, Flowers Annette Gomez, did an absolutely lovely job turning the space into a whimsical party for a sweet little girl. Feminine, yet traditional, everything tied together beautifully. And Tim Altbaum Productions was there, as well, to make sure all of the guests had a wonderful time with entertainment.
Additional desserts were part of the dessert table, as well, and the dessert table was beautifully put together! What a great job and everything had such a great vintage feel.
What celebration would be complete without some drinks and cocktails to complement the food served at the event? There was no lack of drinks for all kinds of tastes and it was a wonderful occasion to celebrate with friends and family.
The decor was everything any little girl could want and this is one event that the entire family will love looking back at with these special photos and memories. What a sweet celebration to mark this special time in this baby’s life. What a lucky little lady!

This was such a gorgeous baptism and Wynn Austin Events did a beautiful job pulling it all together. We loved designing the tiny gift tags for sweet Penelope’s special day, it was fun being the tiniest little part of something so special.
