Ingredients
1bottle red juiceHawaiian Punch or cranberry juice
1bottle clear colored dietsugar free soda like Diet 7Up, Diet Sprite, or Sierra Mist
1bottle blue punch or juice with minimal sugarG2 Gatorade
Instructions
Fill your glass to the top with ice.
Start with your red (or whichever has the highest sugar content) and fill up the glass 1/3 of the way.
Pour your blue layer in very slowly, right over an ice cube, down the side of the glass or using the back of a spoon. This will help keep the layers separate.
Pour your white or clear layer on top, very slowly, right over an ice cube or the back of a spoon. Serve immediately.
Notes
Tip
For the best layers, compare the sugar grams on each drink label before pouring. The red drink should have the most sugar, the blue drink should have less, and the clear drink should have little to no sugar.
