Death By Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes
Make these delicious Death By Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes for your next event. They will be a hit at any party.
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Oreo cookies
- 1 1/2 Packs Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream (optional, I did not use it)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Whipped Cream (for topping)
- Fudge (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Line a muffin pan and lightly grease liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Add in eggs one at a time.
- Mix in chocolate chips by hand.
- Place an Oreo in the bottom of each muffin tin.
- Fill muffin tins up 2/3 of the way full.
- Bake for 20 minutes (until middle is firm).
- Let cool completely at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with fudge, whip cream, and additional Oreos.
- Serve and enjoy!
