Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Line a muffin pan and lightly grease liners.

In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add in sugar and vanilla, mix well.

Add in eggs one at a time.

Mix in chocolate chips by hand.

Place an Oreo in the bottom of each muffin tin.

Fill muffin tins up 2/3 of the way full.

Bake for 20 minutes (until middle is firm).

Let cool completely at room temperature.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Top with fudge, whip cream, and additional Oreos.
