Rustic Chic Wedding With Green Details
From Carrie Wildes Photography: Ciara and Nate met in the Army and both LOVE animals! They married while in Afghanistan to keep from getting separated from each other. For their wedding in the states, all the girls wore cowboy boots, while the boys wore Converse with green laces. Ciara’s garter was camo with an Army badge on it. Their dog and Ciara’s sister’s dog also walked down the aisle and were part of the bridal party. It was a very rainy day, but that didn’t stop them from having their ceremony outside under umbrellas. Their flower girls and ring bearer were adorable and the ring bearer actually slept all the way down the aisle. Their color was green so it must have been for extra good luck! Instead of gifts, they asked their guests to donate to an animal shelter, which I think is an awesome idea. There were chalkboards with paw prints, special green drinks, and black damask linens. It was all about celebrating with friends and family, and that they did!
