Pink and Blue Cinderella 4th Birthday Party
This magical pink-and-blue Cinderella 4th birthday party, submitted by Krista O’Byrne of Hoopla Events in Olympia, Washington, was planned for a special birthday, and every detail felt like it was out of a fairytale.
From the breathtaking dessert table to the princess dress-up station, royal guest tables, custom desserts, and picture-perfect glass slipper moment, this celebration and Cinderella party ideas were made for a little princess.

With the help of Banner Events, this Cinderella-themed birthday party was held in a magnificent ballroom transformed into a royal celebration for 15 little princesses and one handsome prince.
Guests were welcomed into a space filled with glittering gold linens, soft pink and blue details, white and gold pumpkins, elegant flowers, and Cinderella-inspired decorations.
A large fairytale castle arch created a grand entrance for the royal guests, setting the tone for the magical celebration inside.

Cinderella Party Invitations and Custom Details
A peek at the celebration began weeks before with a beautiful invitation suite from Loralee Lewis. The stationery introduced the soft, elegant Cinderella theme that was then seen throughout the entire party.
The coordinating paper details included cupcake toppers and wrappers, a rosette banner, chair signs, favor bag details, straw flags, signage, and more. These custom pieces helped every part of the event look cohesive.
The stationery details add a soft, boutique feel to the event, with beautiful Cinderella-inspired designs that tie in perfectly with the theme and color palette.

Pink, Blue, White, and Gold Cinderella Decorations
The party’s color palette was soft, royal, and feminine, with pale blue, blush pink, white, and gold used throughout the venue.
Some of the most memorable decorations included the oversized Cinderella carriage dessert table backdrop, fairytale castle arch, gold Chiavari chairs with custom signs, white and gold pumpkins, glass slipper accents, Cinderella-inspired mason jars, and beautiful floral arrangements displayed inside mini carriage centerpieces.

Royal Cinderella Guest Tables
The guest tables were styled beautifully for the little princesses and prince. Each place setting included a beaded gold charger, Cinderella-themed paper plates and cups, a champagne flute with a coordinating straw and flag, and a favor bag filled with chocolates.
The tables were layered with sparkling linens, gold candelabras, painted pumpkins, and glass slipper accents. The gold Chiavari chairs were dressed with custom chair backs and strands of beads, making each seat feel like it belonged in a royal ballroom.
The gold, pink, and blue details worked together without feeling too busy, and the carriage centerpieces gave the tables a true Cinderella touch.

Cinderella Dessert Table
The dessert table was one of the most stunning parts of this Cinderella birthday party. An oversized Cinderella carriage standee created a dramatic backdrop behind the sweets, while a gold sequin tablecloth gave the entire display a glamorous foundation.
The table was filled with beautifully coordinated desserts, including a 3-tier Cinderella cake with princess crown topper, cupcakes, caramel apples, chocolate-covered Oreos, sugar cookies, cookie towers, cake pops, and Cinderella-inspired cake balls.
The large carriage dessert table, sparkling accents, ornate dessert stands, and soft pink and blue dessert details created a dreamy focal point for the party.

Cinderella Birthday Cake and Custom Desserts
Front and center on the dessert table was a breathtaking Cinderella birthday cake by 4 Kids Cakes. The cake featured beautiful princess-inspired details and perfectly matched the rest of the party design.

The vanilla cupcakes were topped with coordinating toppers and pink ribbons, then placed in gold princess baking cups for an extra-special touch.
The custom desserts added so much charm to the party. Roni’s Sugar Creations created caramel apples with gold chocolate detailing, including carriage-inspired designs.

Bella’s Bakery & Bowtique made custom chocolate-covered Oreos with castle, carriage, bow, and flower details. The Sugar Canvas Boutique Bakery created decorated sugar cookies and cookie towers accented with butterflies, while Vy Passetti Cake Pops made Cinderella-inspired cake balls shaped like pumpkins and carriages.

The caramel apples looked especially magical with gold carriage designs, and the decorated cookies added height and texture to the dessert display.

Princess Cinderella Birthday Party Details
One of the sweetest parts of this Princess Cinderella birthday party was how every detail made the children feel like they were part of the story. From the royal entrance to the dress-up station and princess salon, the celebration was designed as an experience, not just a decorated event.

The birthday girl, her sister, the prince, and the little guests all had special roles to play. That personal touch made the party feel even more magical and gave the photos a storybook quality.

Princess Dress-Up Station
Once guests arrived, they were whisked away to get dressed in their royal attire.
The birthday girl wore a beautiful Cinderella dress and glass slippers, while her older sister Kennedy dressed as the Fairy Godmother with silver glitter shoes and a magic wand.
More than a dozen little princesses received glittered tutus and custom-appliqued carriage shirts from Great Stitch. Cinderella dress-up shoes and gold wands completed their royal looks. Prince Charming also dressed for the ball in a royal suit and an appliqued undershirt.

Cinderella Princess Salon
After dressing, the princesses received the royal treatment in a special salon. A dress-up station, play vanities, tables, and chairs from Pottery Barn Kids were transformed into spa stations where the girls could have their nails painted, makeup done, and hair styled by Jack and Jill’s Children’s Salon.
The vanity station was styled with pink, gold, and blue nail polish, a mirrored vanity tray, and a gold hand mirror. The final touch was choosing a gumball necklace to complete each royal outfit.
The setup was not only beautiful, but it also gave the guests a memorable experience that fit perfectly with the Cinderella theme.

Cinderella Party Activities
In addition to the dress-up station and princess salon, the royal guests enjoyed several Cinderella-themed activities throughout the party.
Guests posed for photos with Cinderella, watched the Cinderella movie, danced, listened to a story, and played “Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Princess,” a fairytale twist on “Duck, Duck, Goose.”
There was also an activity table with Cinderella coloring pages, activity sheets, and Cinderella crayons.
One of the most memorable moments was the glass slipper activity. Prince Charming tried fitting the slipper on the princesses, creating an adorable photo opportunity and a sweet nod to the Cinderella story.

Cinderella Party Favors
The favors were thoughtful, themed, and beautifully presented. Guests received dress-up pieces, custom shirts, tutus, wands, Cinderella shoes, necklaces, coloring supplies, and coordinating favor bags.
White tote bags were embellished with gold glitter crowns, making them a sweet way to package the dress-up items and party favors.
The favors were a great mix of pretty packaging, crown details, and Cinderella-inspired treats that matched the party’s elegant royal style. At each place setting, guests also found a coordinating favor bag filled with chocolates.
