10 Christmas Party Games You Have To Play This Holiday

Saran Wrap Ball - Christmas Party Game

Christmas Game #1: This Saran Wrap Ball Game will be everyone’s new favorite Christmas game! It’s such a quick and easy game to put together before your party guests arrive. To play the saran wrap ball game, you’ll need your completed saran wrap ball, a pair of dice and a pie plate. Begin by sitting everyone in a circle and giving one person the saran wrap ball and the person to their left the plate and dice. You must keep the ball on your lap at all times and unwrap it as fast as you can while the person to your left keeps rolling the dice until they get doubles. Once they roll doubles, the dice will pass to the person on their left and the saran wrap ball will pass to the dice roller. Once the person to their left rolls doubles the ball gets passed again.

What kind of prizes do you include in your Saran Wrap Ball Game? It’s totally up to you. You can even make two Saran Wrap Balls – one for the kids and one for the adults. You can include prizes like gift cards, candy, gum, Dollar Store toys, Chapstick, fuzzy socks, etc.

  1. I Love games to play at my annual party. Every year I have a secret theme for this dress up game. All you need is multi colored crepe paper rolls, some multi colored construction paper scissors and scotch tape.
We usually have around 3 to 4 teams of 4 people. Any extras become judges.
At the start of the game you hand out a previously filled bag to each team containing equal amounts of crepe paper rolls, construction paper, scotch tape and a pair of scissors. Each team elects one person as their designated human manaquin. After the hand out I announce the theme and the game starts. I’ve had themes of Santa, nutcracker, snowman and elf so far. Every year is different.
I usually allow 15 to 20 minute time limit. This allows a decent amount of time to get it pretty much done and also add a little pressure to go faster ha ha. It also good to announce how much time is left every so often. You won’t believe what people will create. Lots of laughs. At the end the judges will make their decision. Winning team gets what i call “Valuable Prizes” they pick blindly out of a Santa sack. Prizes can be funny, good, crappy or outrageous. You decide! Make sure you have your camera and videos rolling! Lots of fun!
I get lots of colored crepe paper depending on what my theme will be.
Santa-lots of red and white and some black.
Snowman lots of white and some black. Etc. etc.
    Have Fun!
