Art Themed Birthday Party
The birthday girl is quite the budding little artist, so Mom thought it would be a fun idea to surprise her daughter with a Art Themed Birthday Party! Mom based the whole concept of the party on her Matisse painting she did in art class. How fun! Mom made the invites with the artwork as the background. She based the colors of the party on the wonderful colors in the artwork. There are so many elements and details of this party that were based off her art work and it really turned out great!
The party was colorful and playful and the table was full of fun and bright flowers.
Colorful drinks matched the flowers on the table. What a fun set up!
Delicious desserts were on hand for guests to try. We love the “Let Them Eat Cake” artwork. It’s so fitting for a birthday party!
Gorgeous lights were strung outside above the long wooden table for the ultimate party atmosphere.
Susan O’Donnell from Aloha Wedding Planners was on hand with her eye for design and layout and the amazing centerpieces were done by Deb Di Bella of Ambiance Today The ladies did a great job of tying in their ideas and took the party to a higher level. Brooke Watson of Soha Living, a home furnishing company, was amazing and brought in her fun wooden signs.
In addition to ice cream, there were many other dessert choices on hand. Yum!
Mom hired amazing local crepe caterers – Petit Suisse Crepes. Via Gelato was also there with their truck serving up some of their beautiful works of ice cream art! The rest of the yummy food was spread out on a long table, so everyone could pass it around.
The gorgeous party is like something you see in magazines – it was picture perfect. Everyone had a great time, especially the birthday girl. What a fun surprise party!
